OBORCI Holds Talks With Saudi Government Representatives to Explore New Opportunities in Education And Digital Economy
On 15 November 2025, taking advantage of the Indonesia International Food Exhibition, Dr. Kevin Ng, President of the One Belt One Road Certified Institute (OBORCI), held a meeting with Muaath S. Alheji, Commercial Development Bureau representative of the Saudi Arabian government. Dr Raymond Weng, Vice President of OBORCI, also attended the discussion.
The talks focused on international education collaboration and the integrated development of the DTOP Value Consumption Internet Platform. Dr. Kevin Ng first presented OBORCI’s achievements in internationalised education and cutting-edge academic programs, expressing a strong willingness to share resources with Saudi counterparts and jointly cultivate the next generation of business leaders.
Dr. Kevin Ng also highlighted the DTOP Global Carnival’s global platform business model and conducted a live demonstration to showcase the platform’s innovative potential in connecting global value consumption with digital technology applications.

Mr. Muaath S. Alheji expressed high appreciation for OBORCI’s educational philosophy and the DTOP platform’s business model. He emphasised that Saudi Arabia is actively promoting economic transformation under the “Vision 2030” blueprint and looks forward to multi-level, substantial cooperation with OBORCI in high-end education and digital economy innovation.
Both sides agreed to establish follow-up communication and collaboration mechanisms to steadily advance the partnership, injecting new momentum into China–Saudi cooperation in education and the digital economy.
